The high performance PG 450 electromagnetic (EM) liquid metal pump is larger than the CMI Novacast PG 300. The typical molding rate for the rollover scheme is up to 90 castings per hour and up to 200 castings per hour for low-pressure bottom filling – primarily for aluminum but also for silicon carbide composites and zinc.
